PogoAlerts is a Pokemon GO alert service that notifies you about nearby Pokemon spawns, raids, quests, and Team Rocket invasions. We send personalized alerts directly to your Discord via DM or to your community's Discord channels via webhooks.
Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. You can register with an email address or sign in directly with your Discord account. After registration, you'll need to choose a subscription plan to start receiving alerts.
PogoAlerts offers different subscription tiers to suit various needs. We don't currently offer a free tier, but our Basic plan provides affordable access to essential features. Check our Subscription Plans page for current pricing and features.
We cover multiple geographic regions worldwide. Coverage varies by location and depends on data availability. Use our Coverage Map to see available regions and their current health status before subscribing.
Alerts are typically delivered within seconds of a spawn being detected. Actual delivery time depends on your region's health, Discord's servers, and your notification settings. Most users receive alerts within 5-15 seconds of spawn detection.

Yes! Our powerful filtering system lets you specify exactly which Pokemon you want alerts for. You can filter by species, IV percentage, PVP rank, form (Alolan, Galarian, etc.), shiny eligibility, and more. Create custom filter profiles for different hunting goals.
Tokens fund and support scanning infrastructure for geographic regions. Each subscription includes monthly tokens you can allocate to regions where you play. Your tokens contribute to a region's health - regions with more token support provide better, more reliable coverage. Token sources include:
- Subscription tokens - Renew monthly with your subscription
- Token pack add-ons - Extra monthly tokens from add-on purchases
- One-time purchases - Valid for 30 days from purchase

Yes! With the Community Add-on, you can send alerts to Discord channels via webhooks. This allows your entire community to benefit from alerts without everyone needing individual subscriptions. See our Webhook Setup Guide for configuration instructions.
Our website is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. Alerts are delivered via Discord, so you'll receive notifications on any device where you have Discord installed. Make sure Discord notifications are enabled on your mobile device for the best experience.
Account & Security
Go to your Account Settings page and click "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Yes, you can update your email address in Account Settings. You'll receive a verification email at your new address. Click the verification link to confirm the change. Your old email will no longer be associated with your account after verification.
Yes, we take security seriously. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal - we never see or store your full card details.
To delete your account, first cancel any active subscription. Then go to Account Settings and find the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including filter configurations and preferences, will be permanently removed.
Support & Help
The best way to get help is through our Discord server. Join using the link in the footer and post in the support channel. Our team and community members are active and typically respond within a few hours during normal hours.
Report bugs in our Discord server's bug-reports channel. Please include as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are very helpful for diagnosing issues.
