Subscriptions
We offer two plans, Basic and Premium, plus add-ons. Each plan comes with different map features and monthly tokens. See our Subscription Plans page for what each includes.
Go to Subscriptions and click "Cancel Subscription". A card plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Add-ons end the same day. A PayPal plan stops straight away, and the rest of that period is lost. Changed your mind before a card plan ends? Click "Keep Subscription" on the "Scheduled for Cancellation" banner.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th each month. You can see your next billing date on your Subscriptions page.
If your subscription expires or payment fails, alert delivery will pause. Your account and settings are preserved for 30 days. After that, inactive accounts may have their filter configurations reset. Resubscribe anytime to restore service.
Payments
We accept payments through:
- Stripe - Credit and debit cards, paid at checkout. Every new plan is paid this way.
- PayPal - Only plans that already run on PayPal. New plans can't be started with PayPal.
See our Payment Methods guide for details.
Common reasons for declined payments:
- Insufficient funds
- Card expired or incorrect details
- Bank blocked the transaction (international/online purchase restrictions)
- Daily spending limit reached
Contact your bank to resolve issues, then try again. See our Payment Troubleshooting guide.
Go to Subscriptions and click "Manage Billing". It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can change your card and download invoices. Manage Billing is for card plans only. A PayPal plan's payment is managed in PayPal.
New plans are paid by card at checkout. To move a PayPal plan to a card, cancel it and subscribe again by card. A PayPal cancel stops the plan straight away and the rest of that period is lost, so do it near the end of the period you've paid for.
Your payments and plan changes are on the Transaction History page. PayPal payments may be missing from it. Card invoices are under "Manage Billing" on your Subscriptions page.
Refunds
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for new subscribers if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Contact us through our Discord support channel with your account email and transaction details. Explain the reason for your refund request. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.
Add-ons like the Community Add-On are generally non-refundable once activated, as they provide immediate access to additional features. Contact support if you purchased an add-on by mistake.
Double charges are rare but can happen. Contact us immediately with screenshots of both charges from your bank statement or payment provider. We'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge. Do not dispute with your bank until we've had a chance to resolve it directly.
Upgrades & Changes
Go to Subscriptions and click "Change Plan". Select your new plan. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Your new features activate immediately.
Yes. Open Subscriptions and click "Change Plan". The switch happens straight away, and what's left of your current plan becomes a credit on your next bill. If the new plan has fewer monthly tokens, an unplaced token goes first, otherwise one comes off an area. Your alerts aren't affected.
Go to Subscriptions and select the Community Add-on. This enables webhook functionality for your Discord server. The add-on is billed monthly alongside your subscription and can be canceled separately.
Yes! Token packs are available for purchase as a one-time add-on or recurring monthly boost. Click "Purchase More Tokens" on the Token Allocation page for token pack options and pricing.
