1 Signing in
At pogoalerts.net/login, tap Continue with Discord, or type your username or email and your password and tap Sign In.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.
- Told to verify your email first? Resend Verification Email appears under that message. Type your email, not your username, then check your spam folder.
- A Discord account can be linked to only one PGAN account. We never ask for your Pokémon GO login.
2 Signed up with email? Link Discord
- Sign in with your email and password.
- Open Profile, then the Security tab.
- Under Discord Account, tap Link Discord Account and approve it in Discord.
Link from inside your account like this. Signing in with Discord first only finds your account if your Discord email is verified in Discord and matches. Otherwise it starts a second account.
3 Signed up with Discord? Add a password
On the Security tab, Add Email & Password gives you a backup way in. After that, Unlink Discord appears, but unlinking on a paid plan stops your DMs.
4 Two accounts
Usually one account has your Discord and the other has your email. You can merge them yourself.
- Sign in with Discord and open the Security tab.
- In Add Email & Password, enter the other account's email and a new password (8 or more characters, mixed types).
- When it asks whether that email is your other account, enter that account's password, tap Merge that account into this one and confirm.
The other account's subscription, tokens and payment history move across, credit balances add up, and the other account is retired.
5 What Discord shares with us
- Identify: your username, avatar and Discord ID, so we can show your name and send your alerts.
- Email: your Discord email, so a Discord sign-in can find an account you made with that email.
- Server membership: whether you're in the PGAN server and your roles there, and the right to add you to it when you link, because our bots can only DM people in the server.
We can't read your messages, see your friends or look at your other servers.
6 Let our bots DM you
Discord only lets a bot DM you when you share a server with it.
- Join the PGAN Discord server and stay in it.
- In Discord, tap the server name, open Privacy Settings and turn Direct Messages on.
- Don't block any of the PGAN Alerter bots. Alerts come from PGAN Alerter 1, 2, 3 and up.

7 Deleting your account
Tap Request account deletion at the bottom of the Security tab, then Send request. Cancel your plan first. It's done within 30 days, and payment records are kept because we're required to keep them.
